May has always been known for posting strong home sales, but 2014 set new records for the month. Get the facts in our monthly infographic of sold Toronto home prices in May 2014.

May was one for the books. Toronto home sales have set a new record for the month with an increase of 11.4 per cent in movement from last year. As a result, prices continue to climb with the average sale price in the GTA being $653K. However, house hunters were not deterred and, instead, sought out townhouses and semis largely for their affordability.
