Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s Beverly Hills estate
(7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 11,845 sq. ft) – US$35 million
JUST SOLD: Given their divorce is finalized, it’s time to sell off the assets, beginning with their multi-million-dollar mansion. Initially purchased in 2006 for US$13.25 million, the former lovers stand to make a hefty return, even after splitting the profit. The home features vaulted ceilings, marble floors, a state-of-the-art screening room, professional gym, and infinity-edge swimming pool. We can go on and on about this home’s features, but we rather wallow in self-pity over the fact we’ll never come close to owning this spectacularly visual property.

The newly improved property now features floor-to-ceilings glass doors, fireplace, three garden atriums, state-of-the-art media lounge, and huge lounging terraces with an angular swimming pool. Need we say anymore?
