Whether they’re trading in their beloved homesteads or stocking up on multiple guest houses, your favourite celebs have had a busy week in real estate. Read on to see which stars are selling, buying, and just looking.

Alec Baldwin’s NYC Penthouse

(5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 5,000 sq. ft.) – US$16.5 million

JUST LOOKING: Alec Baldwin, the actor and comedian best known for his role in 30 Rock, is browsing around West Chelsea for a bigger home as his wife Hilaria is set to give birth to their third child. Rumour is he’s seen the penthouse “at least three times,” and we can’t blame him for eyeing it. The home is luxurious and modern with top-of-the-line finishes, but the real showstopper is a terrace with 360-degree views including the Hudson River, Empire State Building, and the High Line.

Reba McEntire’s Tennessee Home

(7 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half bathrooms, 12,816 sq. ft.) – US$7.9 million

FOR SALE: Country music legend Reba McEntire is ready for a change of scenery, and is listing her massive river-front estate. In addition to the three-story mansion comes a sprawling 83 acres of land, dubbed “Starstruck Farm”. The superstar home also features a temperature controlled walk-in wine room, 12-seater home theatre, free-standing guesthouse cabana, and lighted tennis courts. The equestrian part of the estate includes a horse barn with 16 stalls, and an indoor and outdoor riding arena.

Lana Del Rey’s Los Angeles Mansions

Mansion #1: (6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 5,432 sq. ft.) – US$3.77 million and Mansion #2: (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,829 sq. ft.) – US$2.1 million

JUST BOUGHT: The Summertime Sadness singer/songwriter just made her foray into LA real estate with the purchase of two back-to-back estates in Hollywood Hills. Built in 1936, her first home sits on two acres and features panorama views of the hills, along with a guesthouse, pool and spa. Her second property, also built in 1936, is a ranch-styled space with gorgeous canyon views, large swimming pool, and a smaller guesthouse.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt’s Hollywood Hills Home

(4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3,483 sq. ft.) – US$3.495 million

FOR SALE: Superstar spouses John Krasinski and Emily Blunt have decided it’s time to try something a bit new, so they are listing their custom-designed home in Los Angeles for close to US$4 million. That’s almost a half as much more than what they paid for it in 2013. The single story residence includes a master suite with sitting area, walk-in closet, gigantic courtyard, fireplace, and a clear blue swimming pool.

Michael Phelps’s Baltimore Townhouse

(3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 5,200 sq. ft.) – US$960,000

JUST SOLD: While the former American competitive swimmer – and the most decorated Olympian of all time – may be a winner in the pool, he’s not so lucky in real estate. Though the home shows well, boasting a living/dining space with double height ceiling, exposed brick walls, three-sided fireplace, two garages that can hold up to eight cars, and an oversized roof terrace with city views, Phelps took close to a US$70,000-loss (initially listed for US$1.030 million in 2012). I wouldn’t be too worried though. He has 28 Olympic medals to cry on.
