This restored heritage loft is part of an iconic college-to-loft conversion located in the heart of Cabbagetown. 1 – 289 Sumach St is a two-level hard loft that embodies Romanesque Revival architecture, featuring soaring 14-foot ceilings, massive West and South facing windows, and a classic red brick exterior.

BOSLEY REAL ESTATE LTD.

This Toronto property has a rich history; it was once the Ontario Medical College for Women in the 1890s before being purchased by a packaging company for industrial use. According to Urbaneer.com, Bob Mitchell bought the property in 1983. Mitchell restored the building based on photographs from an 1898 medical calendar found behind the original baseboards and converted the estate into 10 unique lofts.
