After an unusually busy spring market, housing sales have started to put it into cruise for the summer. Check out the average price numbers for mid-month June homes sold in Toronto (GTA).

Coming off of peak season, the housing market traditionally starts to slow down in June; however, this has not entirely been the case for 2014. With that said sales growth improved at a faster rate than growth in new listings. Demand continues to exceed supply, leading experts to predict a seller’s market for the rest of 2014. The competition amongst buyers will persist into June.
