I am excited to share that Zoocasa earned a spot on the inaugural list of the Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies put together by the prestigious Financial Times (FT). Zoocasa placed 84 on a curated ranking of 500 businesses from 20 countries in North America and South America for whom “innovation and creativity have paid off.”
Zoocasa is in good company among household names like Tesla, Uber, PayPal, Netflix and Canada Goose. We are thrilled to be the fastest growing Canadian real estate company on the list, which was compiled on the basis of compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue between 2015 and 2018.
We are always very proud to be recognized for the work we do to help Canadians find their home with us. We are especially grateful to receive this news now, when we all need something positive during these difficult and unfamiliar times.

As I said when we made it to Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 ranking a few months ago, our culture is at the core of what makes us so successful. That hasn’t changed – everyone on the Zoocasa team is a Zoocasa agent. Whether you’re a web developer bringing our digital tools to life for our users, a client service representative connecting with Canadians about their real estate aspirations, or a licensed real estate agent guiding clients on their journey – at Zoocasa, we all work together and we each play a direct role in moving our company forward. At the end of the day, our goal is to raise the bar for what it means when a brokerage provides an end-to-end, full-service experience and we realize that doing that is a collective effort.
The world around us may be changing but our mission, commitment to our clients, and who we are as a team stays the same. While you may not get to see us in-person very much these days, until then we’re still here to (virtually) help you find your home with us.
