This week’s edition of celebrity real estate is especially musical – from Jon Bon Jovi’s Manhattan rooftop paradise to Birdman’s Miami mega-mansion, check out the real estate hitting the market for slightly more than a song.

Jon Bon Jovi’s West Village Duplex

(3-4 bed, 4.5 bath, 4,031 sq. ft., US$17.25 million)

FOR SALE: The Bon Jovi frontman of the same name is looking to offload his impressive (and massive) Manhattan condo. With a huge outdoor terrace that includes a vegetable garden and a lawn (an extreme rarity in New York City), soaring statement entry staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in Hudson River Views, you won’t need to live on a prayer in this slice of real estate heaven.

Kid Rock’s Bali-Inspired Malibu Mansion

(5 bed, 5 bath, 8,300 sq. ft., US$9.5 million)

SOLD: Southern-fried crooner Kid Rock has just sold off his unique Bali-inspired estate for just shy of $10 million – but it’s nothing to sing about, considering he originally purchased the property for $11.6 million in 2006. Still, this gated Point Dume property is truly impressive, with custom exotic woodwork throughout, lush tropical landscaped grounds, gym, and outdoor built-in seating area with fireplace and mounted TV. The master has its own sitting area, two walk-in closets, and private terrace with garden tub – hardly a redneck paradise.

Elsa Hosk’s Manhattan Starter Condo

(1 bed, 1 bath, US$1.19 million)

SOLD:  Victoria Secret angel Elsa Hosk is moving up both the modeling and real estate ladders – following her open of the Victoria Secret fashion show last year, she’s trading in her cozy TriBeCa apartment – and making an absolute killing, having bought it for $535,000 in 2011. With austere white and wood décor, modern kitchen, skylights and sliding doors to the bedroom area, it’s the ultimate in New York chic.

Birdman’s Massive Miami Beach Estate

(7 bed, 11 bath, 19,970 sq. ft., US$20 million)

FOR SALE: Music producer Birdman (formerly Baby), co-founder of Cash Money Records, is looking to roll in the dough, putting his palatial Florida abode on the market for a cool $20 million.  At a whopping 19,970 square feet, this home, located in The Estate Section of Palm Island, is blinged out to the max, with Parthenon-inspired columns, statement marble foyer, master suite with two walk in closets and sitting room, pool, and on-site volleyball court. Looks like it pays to be the man behind the music.
