This week in Celebrity Homes: Amy Schumer takes in a killer view, Ashley Olsen snags a storied piece of New York City real estate history, and the former couple known as Brangelina offloads the N’awlins part of their impressive real estate portfolio.

Amy Schumer’s Hudson River penthouse

(5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 4,500 sq. ft.) – US$12.14 million

JUST BOUGHT: Comedian, and actress Amy Schumer just plopped down roughly US$12 million on a classy penthouse on New York City’s upper west side. It has everything that a luxurious apartment should: an elevator that opens directly into the home living space, a three-sided fireplace, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, sky lights that flood the space with natural light during the day, and unobstructed views up, down, and across the Hudson River to the New Jersey skyline.

Ashley Olsen’s Greenwich Village condo

(2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3,028 sq. ft.) – US$6.75million

JUST BOUGHT: Ashley Olsen, one-half of the child-star-turned-fashion-mogul duo, has just purchased a condo in historic Greenwich village. There aren’t many details about the property, but we have gathered some insight into the classy home. Built in the 19th century, and located on the east side, the unit boasts walnut floors, steel and restoration glass doors.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s New Orleans mansion

(5 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half bathrooms, 7,645 sq. ft) – US$4.9 million

JUST SOLD: The saga continues! Pending divorcee megastars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have sold their New Orleans mansion for a whopping US$4.9 million. Considering it was purchased for only US$3.5 million back in 2007, that’s a cool US$2 million profit! Built in the 1830s, the home includes custom-designed marble mantles and fireplaces, an elevator (because that’s how big it is), small swimming pool in the private courtyard, and a separate two-story guest house. Not sure we’d want to be a guest with these two around duking it out every day.

Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer’s Santa Monica micro-compound

(3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3, 601 sq. ft) – US$2.995 million

FOR SALE: Actor Tobey Maguire, best known for his role in the original Spiderman movies, recently split from wife, Jennifer Meyer, after 9 years of marriage. As a result, their Santa Monica property is on the market for close to US$3 million. The home features exposed wood ceilings, top of the line stainless steel appliances, front doors that lead to a house-wide veranda that overlooks the backyard, converted gym, and a two-story structure at the rear of the home.

Kathryn Hahn’s Los Angeles home

(2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1, 933 sq. ft) – US$1.6 million

JUST SOLD: You may not recognize her by name, but you’ll definitely know the films she’s starred in. From The Visit to The Secret Life of Walter Mitty to Bad Moms, actress Kathryn Hahn is Hollywood’s best kept secret. Together with her husband, Ethan Sandler, they have sold their eclectic L.A. home. Built in 1927, the Mediterranean-style structure features a vintage-tiled fireplace, spacious living room, barrel-vaulted ceilings, eat-in galley kitchen, and a citrus orchard in the front yard.
