“The best way to hire a realtor is to ask your family & friends for suggestions or referrals. Your friends and families may have some excellent agent referrals, plus they may have firsthand experience to help you choose the right agent for you.
Another great way to choose an agent is by going through an interview process. By doing so, you can sit down with an agent and discuss how they will help you. (i.e. Their marketing plans and what material they will offer). An interview also helps you decide whether these particular agents are motivated and fit best with you needs and wants.
Most importantly, go with an agent you feel comfortable with.”
