Zoocasa Ask PROS Question of the week

“Our low price is $534 med $722 high $911 – what should our starting asking price be?”

Featured Answer:

What kind of property are you referring to? What does the market tell you? Is it a buyer’s market with many listings or a seller’s market with multiple offers happening?

There are way too many variables to answer this question. Your best option is to consult a local realtor and he/she will help you find the best asking price (and get your place sold too!).
