In this video interview I have three top agents; commercial and residential, sharing the different ways to engage clients using social media marketing.

The challenge as a commercial practitioner becomes how to interject your personality into your content and still remain bottom-lined focused to attract investors and clients.

In residential real estate we take it for granted that we must be personable to engage which allows us the latitude to share more of “our” story vs. the bottom line.

Benjamin Bach of Keller William Realty Inc. and Addy Saeed from RE/MAX Active Realty Inc. share the dialogue and content they use to engage prospects and how they can actually instill it with their own unique personality.

We compare this with how things are done in the residential arena with insights from Virginia Munden from RE/MAX Aboutowne Realty.

Enjoy this video interview and please be sure to share and leave your comments below.

All Good Wishes,

michael krisa
