Zoocasa is happy to announce the inaugural guest post by Farhaneh Haque, “national spokesperson for Real Estate Secured Lending at TD.” Her new bi-weekly column will start next week. An expert on personal finance with over 18 years of lending experience, Farhaneh has been providing Canadians with essential mortgage advice online and via social media.

We’re excited to be featuring Farhaneh’s new bi-weekly column. It will offer Canadians invaluable information and insight on home ownership matters and more.

So mark your calendars for Wednesday, July 11th to learn about how the new changes to Canada’s mortgage rules may directly impact you.

More on how Farhaneh provides essential help to customers:

Farhaneh serves and interacts with customers through a variety of ways, including face-to-face, online and in social spaces. We know that customers like to interact with us and ask their questions via social media, including on Facebook, Twitter and other online channels. We also know they are already seeking answers and info through other social spaces. In response to this, TD recently launched a new online forum called TD Helps with Home Ownership which encourages Canadians to ask questions and get shared wisdom and expert advice on a wide range of topics. The interactive social community is moderated by Farhaneh. Whether it’s related to buying a first home, a vacation home, or financing a renovation, anyone – not just TD mortgage experts – can answer submitted questions. Topics covered in the discussion board go beyond financing and professionals outside of TD can share their advice on broader topics such as real estate and home renovation.
