The Most Expensive and Affordable Homes Sold in July in the GTA

June saw a further dip in sales in Toronto and the GTA, with prices also coming down as rising interest rates influence the housing market. With the summer market in full swing, a mix of listings come to the market, including everything from luxury homes to beautiful condos; many of which have sold under asking. Here are some of the most expensive and affordable homes that sold in July in Toronto and the GTA. 

Five of the Most Expensive

  1. 238 Forest Hill Road

Property details:

  • 4 beds, 5 bath, 5 parking
  • Detached
  • Walking score 57, Transit score 77
