West Queen West? Parkdale? Shut the front door! …literally, because it’s cold!

This little row of townhouses is tucked away just south of Queen Street West past Dufferin, in bustling Parkdale and near the Gladstone, the Drake, and my heart. It has multiple levels so if a family member is buggin’ ya, just move on to another room. (I’m speaking like a true condo-dweller, here.) It has hardwood floors throughout, two bedrooms with ensuites, private parking, an enclosed private backyard, 19-foot ceilings—I mean, what more do you want?

59 Elm Grove is a hidden group of adorable split-level townhouses in West Queen West. ADORABLE I TELL YOU.
The split levels allow for a unique layout, with a cozy living room separate from the entranceway.
I don't know how many times I can say or prove to you that this is split-level. Split-level split-level.
The kitchen is a nice combination of modern and homey. Homdern?
The dining area is my favourite: the massive windows provide tons of light, so you can see what you're eating.
Would you like a little private balcony off your master bedroom? Done. (YOU'RE WELCOME.)
Two ensuite bathrooms plus a third. Everybody shampoo!
Want a room dedicated to exercise and strangely shaped lamps? Look no further!
And to top it all off, a lovely private backyard, perfect for a hot tub and inviting real estate editors over for drinks. (Be right there!)

59 Elm Grove Avenue #5 | Toronto | 1500–2000 square feet | $999,888 | Bill Joyce Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage

I really doubt this will be on the market for long, so please buy it for me and then I’ll invite you over. (And yes, I know I use the same joke every week. Sue me. Or buy me this and we’ll call it even.)

See you next week for another Knockout!
