2-Stonedene-Toronto-Zoocasa

Dudes and dudettes: it’s time for another Zoocasa knockout!

This time, we’re travelling to the northern part of the city near Bathurst and Steeles, a short walk to G. Ross Lord Park, Westminster Memorial Gardens, and Rockford Public School.

2 Stonedene is a large, renovated bungalow with—get this—four bedrooms. Got a big family? Need rooms for your treadmill, computer, and hedgehog? This house can handle it. It has stainless steel appliances, new hardwood floors, a covered backyard patio, and a lot of room to make it all yours.

We’ve included the basement footage because in a home like this, the rooms below ground aren’t to be forgotten. The massive rec room, for example, includes a built-in bar, plenty of space, and even the option to buy the pool table!

2 Stonedene Boulevard is a single-level bungalow in the north end. Here's the front door!
New hardwood throughout the house is pretty fancy. And that ain't like smoked bacon!
The kitchen is pretty darn big, with an eat-in area and plenty of storage. Martha Stewart would be jealous.
The dining room connects to the patio. I SMELL A BARBECUE A-BREWIN'.
One of FOUR—YES FOUR—bedrooms. Worried about the wee baby Seamus? He's just down the hall!
One of two bathrooms. You can do all the bathing in this room.
Baby room? I think Zach would approve. Whoever he is.
A massive rec room, complete with bar and extra space for raves.
There's even a covered patio and a lush backyard. I'm telling you: BARBECUES, PEOPLE.

2 Stonedene Boulevard | Toronto | 2550 square feet* | $899,900 | Lauren Haw, Zoocasa

*The square footage includes the basement.

Plenty of space for whatever you want at a reasonable price; this is the best of Real Estate Toronto. It won’t be around for long, so check it out as soon as possible! That’s it for this week, so check back next week for another beaut!
