The main talking point of most people living in the GTA is the weather! Even though it’s been a very intense winter, prospective homebuyers were out and about searching to buy. The first half of March has seen a slight increase of average home prices across the 416 and 905 areas to $609K and $532 respectively. In terms of new listings, both areas experienced a small dip compared to the same time last year. The number of sales has experienced a slight increase for the 905 area to 2,166 and a slight decrease in the 416 area to 1,293 compared to last March. Check out the breakdown by home type below.
