For the fourth year in a row, Zoocasa is thrilled to be included in the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business 2022 ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.

Launched in 2019, the Canada’s Top Growing Companies editorial ranking aims to celebrate entrepreneurial achievement in Canada by identifying and amplifying the success of growth-minded, independent businesses. We are proud to be among such an impressive group of rising-star companies.

This recognition is a welcome addition to other recent accolades we’ve received for our growth in Canada and internationally, including Deloitte and the Financial Times Fastest Growing Companies in the Americas; thus placing Zoocasa in the company of household brands such as Uber, Tesla, PayPal, Netflix, and Canada Goose.

This award is truly an honour and the recognition caps off a monumental year for Zoocasa. In June, we announced that eXp World Holdings, the holding company for eXp Realty®, Virbela and SUCCESS® Enterprises, would acquire Zoocasa in July. The transaction closed on July 1, 2022, and has already proved to be an exciting step for the expansion of Zoocasa. Together, we are growing our business to redefine our portal and lead generation technology to continue to better serve our clients and agents.

Our all-in-one intelligent platform is a leading portal in Canada. Now with eXp Realty, the fastest-growing real estate company in the world, our teams have the unique opportunity to support even more Canadians in their real estate journey.

Our growth over the past year would not have been possible without our clients, users, and everyone at Zoocasa. Our knowledgeable and hard-working agents, client care team, digital development, product, and marketing teams help Canadians meet their real estate goals every day. I am so proud to work alongside each of them. I look forward to what’s to come for Zoocasa. This is only the beginning.
