The third time is charming indeed, as Zoocasa is once again honoured to be included in the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business 2021 ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.

Launched in 2019, the Canada’s Top Growing Companies editorial ranking aims to celebrate entrepreneurial achievement in Canada by identifying and amplifying the success of growth-minded, independent businesses.  We are proud to be among such an impressive group of rising-star companies.

This recognition is a welcome addition to other recent accolades we’ve received for our growth in Canada and internationally, including Deloitte and the Financial Times Fastest Growing Companies in the Americas; thus placing Zoocasa in the company of household brands such as Uber, Tesla, PayPal, Netflix, and Canada Goose. This truly is an honour, especially during this enduring global crisis.

Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic has challenged Canadians and the business community. The team at Zoocasa has adapted to best support and serve our clients, especially as the affordability landscape has shifted. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our clients for choosing us to guide them through the milestone journey of buying, selling, or renting a home amid today’s rapidly evolving housing market conditions.

This recognition would not have been possible without our roster of high-performing agents, our client care force, and talented digital development, product and marketing teams. Even as the pandemic has kept us largely apart, we continue to accomplish great things. I am so thrilled to work alongside you all as we help Canadians accomplish their real estate goals.

We’ve stood behind our commitment to inform every prospective buyer or seller with the best market data, introducing a number of features and tools that elevate the Zoocasa online and offline experience. These include an expanded market snapshot on each listing page, offering site users insight on comparables, neighbourhood amenities, and the Home Estimate Zoopraisal® – information traditionally gate-kept by the old-school real estate industry. We’ve enhanced support for home sellers with new resources, and have improved the experience for on-the-go mobile real estate shoppers.

We believe investing in these features reflects the level and quality of service we provide, and sets the stage for growth.  We continue to look to the future with excitement and optimism, as our sixth year in business has been our best one yet.

Here’s to another great year ahead!
