Home prices appear to have flattened in areas across the GTA. Sales are down from September and inventory remains low, but there is still a mix of home types coming to market, from luxury homes to fixer-uppers and well-kept condos. Cooler markets mean buyers may be able to pick up their dream home for a little cheaper. Here are some of the most expensive and affordable homes that sold in September in Toronto and the GTA.
