All around my neighbourhood there are flyers which show a beautifully designed room and simply say “The Condo Quickie”. Intrigued I looked this up online and have to say, “The Condo Quickie” is pretty genius.

The package includes the initial on-site meeting with a top Lux designer to determine style and project objectives, paint colour and feature wall selection, floor plan creation illustrating furniture placement, sourcing of art, finishes, furniture, lighting and coordination and referrals for contractors, painters, etc. You are presented with the design ideas in studio and get to go home with 3-D drawings.
