Looking for some real estate inspiration? Check out which celebrity homes are hitting the market this week – whether you’re looking for a gargantuan luxury ranch property, or a quaint lakeside getaway, there’s something for everyone (with a few million to spare, that is).

Tom Ford’s New Mexico ranch

(20,662 acres) – US$75 million

FOR SALE: Iconic fashion designer Tom Ford is selling his Ando-designed ranch, but little information is available aside from the fact that it sits on 20,000 acres of land. To give you an idea of just how enormous this plot is, we could build 28 Toronto Zoos on this ranch. While this listing is a tad out of reach for the average home seeker (and even the average millionaire!) it does have a potential buyer, who has created an Indiegogo campaign to raise the funds to make this gigantic purchase. So far, only US$1 dollar has been raised…we’ll continue to report any changes as the story develops.

Tom Ford is selling his ranch for $78 million.

Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber’s Hampton’s home

(4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3,500 sq. ft.) – US$5.4 million

JUST BOUGHT: British actress and two-time Academy Award nominee Naomi Watts and her husband, actor Liev Schreiber, have just purchased a Hamptons-style cottage home. Built in 2007, the property features “expansive ocean views,” in-ground swimming pool, a terrace for sunbathing, outdoor shower, and a small pool house. If you’re ready to escape work life, give the superstar couple a ring to crash over for a night…or two.

Joey Lawrence’s Calabasas home

(4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 4,600 sq. ft.) – US$2.15 million

FOR SALE: Whoa! Former child star and Dancing with the Stars alum Joey Lawrence has made a slight reduction to the price of his Mediterranean-style home (initially listed for US$2.25 million). Located in the suburbs of L.A., the bachelor pad comes fully equipped with a gym, skylit lounge, a wet bar, swimming pool and spa backed by a tiled waterfall. It’s everything you need to live the life of a (90s-era) superstar.

Amy Schumer’s New York City penthouse

(1 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 850 sq. ft.) – US$1.62 million

FOR SALE: Stand-up comedian, writer, producer, and actor Amy Schumer is slashing the price of her NYC penthouse by US$450,000 (initially listed for US$2.075 million). The 850-square-feet apartment sits on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and features two fireplaces, two rooftop decks, honey-toned hardwood floors, upgraded appliances, and ample bedroom space for a good night’s sleep.

Bernie Sanders’ Vermont retreat

(2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,883 sq. ft.) – US$575,000

JUST BOUGHT: Though former Democratic hopeful Bernie Sanders won’t be residing in the White House, he is purchasing this 1920s-era vacation home. This beautiful lakefront home has all of the bells and whistles you’d expect, but the real kicker is the stunning views of the water and mountains. With a reasonable price tag attached, it may even be affordable to us regular folks, so check out this mortgage affordability calculator to see if you could one day feel the Bern at a neighbourly barbecue.
