Your favourite celebrities have been pretty busy this past week. Some are packing up and moving out, some are out shopping for the most expensive couch they can buy, and some are just enjoying their temporary digs free of charge.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s NYC penthouse

(5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 7,200 sq. ft.) – US$30 million

LEASED: Beloved reality TV star Kim Kardashian and rapper husband Kanye West are shacking up in a beautiful US$25-million Airbnb in upscale Tribeca – for free! Why? How? Because they are Kimye, and they’ve got star power on their side. The penthouse features a rooftop pool, sauna, stunning views of the Hudson River, and the most jaw dropping feature of all: a 4,400-sq. ft. space dedicated to just the patio.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Manhattan condo

(3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3,310 sq. ft.) – US$17.25 million

FOR SALE: The New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife are listing their sleek NYC home for the very reasonable price tag of US$17 million. Initially purchased in early 2014 for just over $US11.7 million, the superstar couple will walk away with a pretty substantial profit. The home includes a private elevator, floor-to-ceiling windows, a two-person soaker tub, and a catering kitchen for those late night munchies.

E.L. James’ West Hollywood home

(5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 5,616 sq. ft.) – US$7.25 million

JUST BOUGHT: New York Times bestseller and erotic romance novelist E.L. James, best known for her Fifty Shades trilogy, just purchased a piece of LA real estate in West Hollywood. Sitting on top of a high ridge, the home has views extending all the way to the ocean and islands. It also features floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in chilled wine room, a wet bar and a fireplace. Do you think James will install a play room a la Christian Grey?

Matt Selman’s Los Angeles home

(5 bedrooms, 4 full and 3 half bathrooms, 5,842 sq. ft.) – US$4.679 million

FOR SALE/FOR LEASE: D’oh! You may not know his name, but you’ve definitely watched an episode or two of his show. The writer and executive producer of The Simpsons is offering his Spanish-style home to be sold or rented at US$14,000 a month. Sitting in a gated community, this property boasts two fireplaces, two-person soaker tub (take that Tom and Gisele!), a large terrace with a built-in fire pit, chicken coop, and raised planter beds for organic vegetable gardening for the green thumbs out there.

Nicki Minaj’s Beverly Hills home

(8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 10,337 sq. ft.) – US$35,000 month

JUST LEASED: Superstar rapper Nicki Minaj, and her hip hop boyfriend Meek Mill, have taken their relationship to the next level and are moving in together! The couple are renting in the fancy 90210 area code, and it shows. Built in 2008, this colossal sized mansion features a grand painted mural ceiling, eat-in kitchen, cozy fireplace, swimming pool with a spa, and a five-car garage sure to thrill any car enthusiast.
