This week in Celebrity Real Estate: Johnny Depp downsizes his kingdom, Tori Spelling needs room to grow, and Ivanka Trump looks to make a YUGE profit.

Johnny Depp’s French Village

(15 beds, 14 baths, 10,000 square feet, US$50 million

FOR SALE: It appears Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp is looking to significantly downsize – not only did he list five penthouses back in October, but he’s now selling his gargantuan Plan de la Tour digs. This isn’t just your typical mansion, however: the property boasts more than a DOZEN buildings, including a former church-turned-guesthouse, rustic covered wagon cottage, art studio, and even a private restaurant named Café Marcheline, in addition to the five-bed, 3.5-bath main house.

Tori Spelling’s Family-Sized Rental

(five beds, five baths, 4,714 square feet, US$9,500 per month)

RENTED: Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott are on the move again, for the eighth time in six years! The reality-show dynamic duo are relocating their brood of four to a house with more space, as another baby is on the way. And this tyke will have plenty of room to grow – this 4,717 Woodland Hills home is a good 1,800 square feet roomier than their previous Enchino rental. The $2.1-million home features tons of family-friendly amenities including a wine cellar, sauna, tennis court, and outdoor terrace with fireplace.

Frankie Muniz’s Phoenix Mansion

(four beds, five baths, 5,300 square feet, $US3.5 million)

FOR SALE: Former Malcom In The Middle child star Frankie Muniz is all grown up, and has listed his enormous Arizona home for sale. Styled somewhere between rustic chic and Spanish monastery, this four-bed, four-bath mansion sprawls over 2.24 acres and features floor to ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers, luxurious guest houses and a master retreat with dual baths and a relaxation room. And just check out that glorious outdoor pool, fit for a tv god.

Kylie Jenner’s Hidden Hills Compound

(four beds, four baths, 5,154 square feet, $US5.4 million)

FOR SALE: It seems Kylie just can’t shake the real estate bug – the youngest Jenner is at it again, listing one of her Hidden Hills mansions. This four-bed, four-bath stunner – flanked by vineyards and a creek – features high ceilings, walk in closet, a gourmet kitchen, and gorgeous high ceilings. We’re guessing Kylie didn’t spend much time here given she owns three other properties, and often rents luxury digs like this swank Miami crash pad.

Ivanka Trump’s Park Avenue Condo

(two beds, two baths, 1,549 square feet, $US4.1 million)

FOR SALE: She may be the daughter of president-elect Donald Trump, but Ivanka doesn’t seem interested in keeping her real estate in the family, listing her Trump Park Avenue condo. While the unit only has two beds and two baths, it’s absolutely bigly at 1,549 square feet. Trump is also looking to make a YUGE profit, as she initially bought the apartment for $1.5 million. In addition to stunning park views, the condo includes a gourmet chef’s kitchen, lovely crown moulding and parquet flooring.
