This week in Celebrity Homes: Angelina Jolie seeks a paparazzi (and Brad Pitt)-free paradise, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell part ways with their long-time residence, and the Clintons look beyond the White House. Read on for this week’s star-studded real estate dealings.

Johnny Depp’s five penthouses

(five units totalling 11,500 sq. ft) – US$12.780 million

FOR SALE: American actor – and Tim Burton’s muse – Johnny Depp is unloading some serious real estate, listing five multi-level penthouses. Purchased over 2007 and 2008 for a total of US$7.2 million, Depp stands to make a significant profit from his penthouse purge. Currently, three of the units are used as personal living spaces, and the other two units are used as an art studio and a guest apartment, respectively. If you’re interested in the five units, you can purchase them altogether or separately.

Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell’s LA mansion

(3 bedrooms, 6,400 sq. ft) – US$7.25 million

FOR SALE: Hollywood super-couple Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have decided to list the LA mansion they’ve owned for the past 12 years. The home boasts three bedrooms on the main floor, with the master suite having its own fireplace, spa tub, dry sauna, and dual walk-in closets. On the top floor, you’ll find a home gym with a trampoline. Lastly, you can find a media room that overlooks a large pool, a spa, and separate entertaining area.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s Studio City home

(4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3,407 sq. ft.) – US$2.395 million

FOR SALE: Leo’s been busy trimming his real estate portfolio: we featured the sale of his Malibu home just last week. The Oscar winner just listed this ranch-style home for US$2.4 million. Bought just two years ago, it looks DiCaprio just can’t wait to cash in. Built in 1937, the home has all that you would expect from the Wolf of Wall Street, including a private outdoor backyard for an intimate dinner with friends, and an oversized pool for those lazy lounging days.

Bill and Hillary Clinton’s New York estate

(3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3,631 sq. ft.) – US$1.16 million

JUST BOUGHT: The possibility of moving (back) into the White House isn’t stopping the Clintons from snapping up more real estate. The former POTUS and current presidential hopeful just dropped a cool million for their Chappaqua home in New York state. Sitting on a 1.5-acre lot, the estate features a modern chef’s kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances, a fireplace to keep warm, and a walk-in closet for Hillary to keep her entire pantsuit collection.

Angelina Jolie’s Malibu rental

(4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4,409 sq. ft.) – US$80,000/month

LEASING: Pending divorcé and Oscar winner Angeline Jolie is taking time away from the media circus and retreating to this Malibu rental for some much needed R&R. The ocean-view property is owned by X-Men director Bryan Singer, and though it rents for US$80,000/month, we’re sure Angie is getting the celebrity discount. The home features a double-sided fireplace, outdoor dining terrace, media lounge, and a fitness room to exercise all of her worries away.
