Want to make your foray into luxury real estate? You’re in luck as it seems the stars are feeling the itch to sell off their gorgeous homes this week. And they’re chock full of amazing features, from J-Lo’s eight fireplaces, to Robbie William’s swanky elevator. Check out this week’s awe-inspiring celebrity homes!

Jennifer Lopez’s Hidden Hills Mega Mansion

(9 bed, 13 bath, 17,129 sq ft., US$12.5 million)

FOR SALE: The feisty songstress (currently rumoured to be getting cozy with Toronto-born Drake) is looking for a change of scenery, offloading her palatial California abode. This mansion offers the height of luxury, surrounded by lush palms and panoramic views, and a movie theatre, huge pool, bar, library, dance studio, outdoor trail access and eight-car garage. It also includes eight fireplaces – for those chilly Cali evenings? J-Lo (Dra-Lo?) first picked up the property in 2010 for $8.5 million, and listed briefly in 2015 at $14.5 million – she stands to make a pretty penny if she sells close to listing price.

Rob Kardashian’s Calabasas Bachelour Pad

(4 bed, 5 bath, 4,256 sq ft., US$2.76 million)

FOR SALE: Everyone’s favourite little brother is selling off his US$2.76-million bachelor pad, a sign he’s reconciling with baby mama Blac Chyna, alleges TMZ. Purchased in February for $2.285 million, this home offers vaulted ceilings, outdoor pool with waterfall, and gorgeous spa bathroom with soaker tub. However, gossip says the couple, who just welcomed a new baby, will be renting from Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner – a real estate mogul in her own right.

Chloe Grace Moretz’s Talluride Airbnb Freebie

(4 bed, 5.5 bath, 3,767 sq ft., US$10 million)

RENTED: Looks like Mariah isn’t the only one scoring free digs this holiday season: actress Chloe Grace Moretz and family rang in the new year in a stunning Colorado ski-chalet. The US$10-million home is a ski enthusiast’s dream, with hill access, mountain views, eight-person hottub, tennis court, stone fireplaces and – the finishing decorative touch – antler chandeliers. The starlet thanked Airbnb via Instagram for her snazzy pro-bono abode, along with lots of snaps showcasing her fab mountain vacay.

Robbie Williams’ LA Digs

(7 bed, 10,000 sq ft., US$9.9 million)

SOLD: British crooner Robbie Williams has sold his massive 10,000-square foot mansion in a rather musical transaction, handing the keys over to DJ Khaled. This gated-community home features an all-white and black interior, gorgeous LA and hill views, arched windows, pool, spa and plenty of crystal chandeliers AND an elevator – the ultimate in luxury!
