This week in Celebrity Homes: Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are hoping for a huge real estate payday, Julia Roberts takes a year to sell her Hawaiian abode, and Kat Von D sets down roots in the city of angels.

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber’s Malibu estate

(4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 5,254 sq. ft.) – US$60 million

FOR SALE: Former supermodel Cindy Crawford and her male-model-turned-entrepreneur husband Rande Gerber, are listing their 3.8-acre estate for a whopping US$60 million! Initially purchased in 2015 for US$50.5 million, the pair will potentially make an equally whopping profit. Listed as a “one-of-a-kind beach compound,” the Mediterranean-style home boasts a library nook, wraparound terrace with fire pit, tennis court, swimming pool, and a tennis court! The best part, though, has to be the panoramic ocean views, and private path to the beach.

Julia Roberts’s Hawaiian estate

(5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3,800 sq. ft.) – US$16.2 million

JUST SOLD: Academy Award winner Julia Roberts has finally sold her beachfront home in Kauai, but for half of what she originally wanted.  The two-acre property was initially listed in early 2015 for US$29.85 million, so it’s a pretty steep cut for the Pretty Woman star. Built in the 1940s, the home has views of the sea and mountains! On top of the gorgeous views, it sits on more than 200 feet of beach along Kauai’s Hanalei Bay, and has a separate two-bedroom guest cottage.

Kat Von D’s L.A. mansion

(11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 12,565 sq. ft) – US$6.5 million

JUST BOUGHT: Beauty tycoon Kat Von D, best known for her role on LA Ink, has just dropped US$6.5 million on a historic, three-story Victorian house – the same mansion that was featured in the 2003 movie hit, Cheaper by the Dozen. Built in 1890, it has all the architectural details you’d expect from a Victorian real estate gem: a grand entry leading into the library and dining room, a formal living room aka. the “French Ballroom” and a large eat-in kitchen. Outside, it has the staple grand celebrity-sized swimming pool.

Josh Abraham’s L.A. pad

(4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4,700 sq. ft) – US$3.295 million

FOR SALE: Perhaps you’ve never heard of this producer / songwriter, but we’re sure the sounds of P!nk, Carly Rae Jepson, and Adam Lambert are familiar to your ears. Rubbing shoulders with these high-powered musicians appears to have paid off, as Abraham has just listed his 1920s Spanish inspired residence for a cool $3,295 million. The home includes a massive original fireplace, barrel-vaulted ceiling, two guest homes, and a large walk-in closet.

Steven Yeun’s LA condo

(3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,900 sq. ft) – US$895,000

FOR SALE: The Walking Dead star Steven Yeun is following up his heartbreaking exit from the show by offloading some real estate, listing his stylish townhouse condo between Hollywood and West Hollywood for a shocking US$895,000 (we never thought we’d see the day where a celeb home was listed for under a million!). Initially purchased in 2012 for US$710,000, Steven will still stand to make a hefty profit. The home features two guest bedrooms, two walk-in closets, soaking tub, and a private stone-tiled terrace.
