I’m proud to share that Zoocasa was ranked the top growing real estate brokerage (and 44th company overall!) within The Globe and Mail’s inaugural Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.

Canada’s Top Growing Companies aims to identify and amplify the success of growth-minded, independent businesses in Canada, and ranks companies on three-year growth revenue. We earned our spot with three-year growth of 1,233%.

We’ve come a long way since 2015, and we’ve found great momentum. This recognition is an opportunity to celebrate all the small and big victories that have led us here, but it’s also a good time to reflect. We would not be here today without the hard work, dedication, and commitment from our agents, and our client services and tech teams. Thank you! And to our partners and investors, we appreciate all the support, guidance, and everything you do to help us stay one step ahead.

We’ve grown from a team of 5 to over 100 who believe in our vision today (P.S. we’re hiring!). Tens of thousands of Canadians tune in to our insights on this very blog or read our newsletter every month. Our market reports and commentary frequently earn coverage in Canada’s most prestigious publications, including The Globe and Mail. Most importantly, we’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of home buyers, sellers, and renters navigate a complicated and complex real estate landscape to find their next home. That’s a huge responsibility, and we don’t take it lightly.

A lot has happened and changed over the last 4 years, but a few important things have stayed constant: our bold vision and the hustle mentality that sets us apart. At Zoocasa, we strive to enhance the real estate experience with technology, but remain grounded in human relationships. Real estate is complex, but with our expertise and intuitive tools, it should feel approachable. On the one hand, we’re building a powerful platform that creates efficiency, better processes, enhanced training, and the adaptability we need to deliver repeatable, dependable results for our clients. On the other, this innovation helps our agents and client care team do what they do best – provide hands-on, expert advice and a full service experience to each and every one of our clients. Every single time.

I look forward to seeing what the next three years bring! Onwards and upwards!
