In 2014, the average price for a condo in the City of Toronto was $329,500 according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), and in August 2023 that number increased by 120% to $724,549. Following a similar trajectory, this Cabbagetown condo at 204-264 Seaton St. was on the market for just over $750,000 in 2014 and today that same condo is listed for sale for over $1.5 million – a price increase of 110%.
