In September, the benchmark price for a home in Ontario was $896,500 according to the Canadian Real Estate Association. This is only a fraction of the price of some of the most expensive homes in the province, which often sell for more than $5,000,000. But for more budget-conscious shoppers, Ontario has plenty of homes for far more affordable prices – even for as low as $300,000. We compiled a list of the 5 most expensive and 5 most affordable homes sold in October, ranging from an 8-bathroom mansion in Burlington to a lakefront bungalow in Western Ontario.
