According to the Canadian Real Estate Association, the benchmark price for a home in British Columbia was $988,300 in September 2023. This makes British Columbia currently the most expensive province in Canada, however, there are still plenty of homes both above and below this price point. We gathered 5 of the most expensive and 5 of the most affordable homes sold last month in B.C. to show the diverse range of options available in the province.
