The Most Expensive and Affordable Homes Sold in September in Toronto and the GTA

August saw an increase in the number of sales in Toronto and the GTA, and prices increased slightly as well. As we head into the fall market we’re seeing a mix of listings come to the market, including everything from luxury homes to beautiful condos; many of which have sold under asking. Here are some of the most expensive and affordable homes that sold in September in Toronto and the GTA. 

5 of the most expensive

1. 69 Harrison Road – $7,100,000
