Canada’s winter market usually sees a bit of a slowdown. This year has followed that trend, with sales in the country falling from last month, with seven interest rate hikes this year playing their part. Despite this, there have still been some expensive and affordable homes sold throughout December, and we’ve listed some of those sold across the GTA here.

Five of the Most Expensive
