What is proving to be one of the hottest new condo developments in town is the The Madison – to be built at Yonge and Eglinton. The first condo development from well-known builder/developers, Madison Homes promises to bring a new dimension to midtown.

The project will encompass two unique towers with two distinctive lobbies, separate but equal in all ways. The east and west towers will connect on the 4th floor and will share over 22,000 square feet of state-of-the-art amenities. These will include: an indoor lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, cabana’s with bbqs, a private dining room, a demonstration kitchen, a movie theatre, a two-storey fitness gallery and more! You can entertain, socialize and workout! A distinctive lifestyle is being created here.

Suites range in size from 395 square feet studios to 1100 square feet 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom + den, with a wide range in between. Floor to ceiling windows allow an abundance of natural light and beautiful views, while 9-foot ceilings add an element of spaciousness. High-end and well-thought-out finishes abound in these suites as well.

This is going to be a landmark of a building situated right in the heart of midtown. Walk out and at your doorstep is everything you need – shopping, restaurants, boutiques, clubs and theatres. Ideal in so many ways, this eclectic neighbourhood is also home to parks, schools and a strong sense of community.

Construction is due to start next year with a completion date of 2015. For more information visit the official website:

About the Contributor

Before Heather Rovet started matching people with the right home, she spent many years putting people in the right clothes as a wardrobe stylist for the television and film industry. Both are very much the same to Heather – it’s about listening to functional needs and understanding a person’s vision – and she brings those two key elements together to find the right solution. With a love for the unity of beauty and order within a space, Heather feels that our homes are the place in which this can be reflected and defined.

Coupled with a passionate and keen eye for style and design, Heather sees the potential in the reality and helps clients to really envision their dream space. Whether it is a starter property, an upgrade, an income property or one’s own private sanctuary, Heather works with her clients every step of the way to put them in the home that is right for them.
