90-Sumach-Unit-309-Toronto-Zoocasa

Okay, I love this loft. I can’t hide it.

I love interesting, must-have features and this place has tons of them: unbelievable amounts of light, funky sliding doors, multi-level layout, hidden den, crazy room to dance around in. Most of all, the loft has a statement fireplace that I would hug if it wouldn’t burn me.

The unit is in the Brewery Lofts in Regent Park, an area of the city currently being restored and upgraded through buildings like this one. I’d consider this an “up-and-coming” neighbourhood, so an investment now could pay off in a decade.

Or, if you’re feeling super generous, you can pop to house a certain real-estate editor. I hear he loves this loft and can’t hide it.

Large open area, lots of light, tons of options.
Giant kitchen. You can have an entire cupboard for ONLY spatulas! Imagine!
This fireplace is what I live for.
Room for a long, super-important-feeling dining table.
Don't let the fan fool you; this loft has central A/C.
Both bathrooms are green, so there's that.
Long, funky walk-in closet. You can even sit next to it to contemplate your outfit for the day.
The den/second bedroom is hidden near the entrance of the unit.

90 Sumach Street #309 | 1400–1599 square feet | $889,000 | Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd.
