Our first (ever!) knockout listing definitely enchanted us.

It’s a major find: a 3-storey semi-detached home with unique architecture, several outdoor getaways, a fantastic location in the Annex, and it’s available. (It also has 5 bathrooms, so there’s that. The family really won’t have to fight over sink space!)

It even has heated hardwood floors—is that even a thing!? Also, if you think this house doesn’t have enough balconies and bathrooms, you’re a crazy person.

Lush vegetation, tall trees, and tons of front-step potential.
The main floor gives an entrance your guests will remember.
I think every oven should have red handles.
Let's be honest: this fireplace is everything.
A little reading nook and a nearby exit to the backyard? No problem.
Cathedral ceilings in the master bedroom.
Some funky architecture in the master bath!
You didn't know you wanted a blue chalkboard wall until this moment, did you?
Three bedrooms, each with their own unique character.
The master bedroom's balcony overlooks the city and is a nice spot to relax.
Balconies for days!

A house like this doesn’t land on the market every day, which is why we’re excited to launch this column with this home. It has everything you could really want, for a reasonable price on a beautiful street.

Check back next Friday for another knockout!
