It’s no secret that Canada’s hottest rental markets have become less affordable – but just how much does it cost to dwell in a rental this year than last? The latest data-based infographic compiled by Rentseeker.ca reveals costs are on the rise across the country.
For example, in Toronto, it now costs $77 more per month (+ 5.8) to rent a two-bedroom unit compared to 2016.
