It’s not every day you see a condo that has a big ol’ backyard. But today is not every day.

18 William Carson Crescent is a modern building that stands amongst nature: parks, green space, and even a golf course. Suite #115 is on the ground floor, so you’d have a front-row seat to a beautiful, natural view—something that can be difficult to find in the city.

The condo is solid. It has stainless steel appliances, lots of natural light, modern tile in the bathroom, and massive, characteristic floor-to-ceiling storage in the bedroom. The building itself has all the amenities you could ask for: gym, sauna, pool, lounge, hot tub, billiard room, library, and even a putting green. But it’s really the uniqueness of this ground-level condo that should sell you. If you love the summer, barbecues, patios, and ice-cold drinks, this patio is made for you. (Love of the above things not required.) It’s also perfect for dog owners, as it backs onto a small park, perfect for quick outings.

18 William Carson is a lovely low-rise in the midst of a golf course and a bunch of parks. You want nature? YOU GOT IT, BUB.
This unit is on the ground floor. From your dining table, you could probably see squirrels frolicking in the summer sun! Probably!
The entire apartment is bathed in sunlight from the massive windows. (Are you getting the nature theme I'm going for yet or what.)
The bedroom has floor-to-ceiling storage. And you can watch birds from your bed! Sparrow lovers, rejoice!
The shower tile in the bathroom is pretty awesome. (I have no nature angle for this picture, so.)
Best of all, the back patio is like having a backyard. Perfect for barbecues or PLAYING JOVIALLY WITH WILDLIFE! Take that, condo living!
