We Canadians may be weathering out the last of the winter chills, but your favourite celebs aren’t letting cold weather blues stop their selling and buying ambitions. From Britney Spears’ extra mansion to Neil Patrick Harris’ posh vacation property, check out this week’s celebrity real estate listings.

Britney Spears’ Cali Country Club Estate

(5 bed, 5 +2 half bath, 8,456 sq. ft., US$7 million)

SOLD: Britney is proof positive that you better work work – the songstress, known for legendary hits Baby One More Time and Stronger, has just sold one of her two Thousand Oaks properties. Located within the gates of the Sherwood Country Club, this Spanish-style, one-level home boasts a ballroom-height foyer with fireplace, full wet bar, and climate controlled wine cellar. One of its most beautiful features, though, has to be the view of the Santa Monica Mountains, which can be taken in from the pool deck. We’re sure it won’t take Ms. Spears – who has quite the impressive real estate portfolio – long before she does it again and scoops up yet another impressive property.

(5 bed, 5 bath, 4,000 sq. ft., US$1.15 million)

SOLD: Ms. Davis, who just scooped up a supporting actress Academy Award for her role in Fences, has sold off her southern California abode, located just north of the San Fernando Valley. While she has recently upgraded to a palatial Mediterranean-style getaway in Toluca Lake, this house is nothing to sneeze at with a three-car garage, lagoon pool, wet bar, and newly-upgraded kitchen.
