FOR SALE: Legendary runway queen and original host of America’s Next Top Model Tyra Banks has listed her Battery Park duplex penthouse for just under $18 mil. Saying this apartment has spectacular views would be an understatement – full wraparound windows offer gaping eyefuls of the Hudson River, Rockefeller Park, and Lady Liberty herself (we bet she and Tyra have shared a smize or two). Inside, this spacious unit features a library, chef’s kitchen, gym, office and – we expect no less from Tyra – a full salon and barbershop with 360-degree mirrored walls. Work it!
Jackie Kennedy’s Former Georgetown Estate

SOLD: The home first lady Jacqueline Kennedy sought refuge in following President John F. Kennedy’s assassination has just been acquired, selling in “estate condition” for $6.5 million. The stately mansion, located in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown neighbourhood, was built in 1790 in the Federal style. Inside it features gorgeous hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchen, and plenty of natural light.
Jane Fonda’s Post-Split Townhouse

BOUGHT: Workout icon and actress Jane Fonda has just scooped up a California townhouse after splitting from boyfriend Richard Perry and listing the Beverly Hills home they shared together. This 6,679-square-foot abode is hardly a downsizer, though, featuring a large kitchen and family room, private ground-level courtyard, and three-car garage. And, like her former property, it also features an in-house elevator, thought taking the stairs likely won’t be an issue for this former cardio queen.
Kylie Jenner’s Calabasas Starter Home
(5 bed, 6.5 bath, 4,800 sq. ft., US$2.6 million)
FOR SALE: The youngest of the Jenner / Kardashian clan is trying to offload her starter home – though we use that term very loosely, as this 4,800-square-foot Mediterranean-style home is anything but basic. The two-storey house is full of luxe details, from the flagstone driveway, to the ultra-glossy black subway-tiled bathroom, and includes multiple walk-in closets and living spaces, chic dark hardwood floors, fireplace, pool, and outdoor alfresco dining area with bbq. It is one of several properties Jenner owns in the area – she recently rented a nearby home out to brother Rob Kardashian and girlfriend Blac Chyna – as well as a Hidden Hills compound she listed in December.
