Jeremy Piven’s Malibu Beach House

(4 bed, 5 bath, 7,990 sq. ft., US$10.5 million)

FOR SALE: Actor Jeremy Piven, known for his portrayal of the bombastic Ari on the series Entourage, is selling his South Asian-inspired Malibu beachfront home to the tune to $10.5 million – and, like the cutthroat agent he plays on TV, he’s looking to make a killing, having originally bought it for a mere $3.5 million in 2004. He’s since poured $1.5 million in renovations into the property, which features a wet bar, party area, home theatre, game room, spa and sauna, and yoga space.
