Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s Tribeca Penthouse

BOUGHT: Curly-haired crooner Justin Timberlake, along with wife Jessica Biel, has just bought a loft in Tribeca, and it’s no smurfing joke. With over 5,000 square feet of living space, and featuring high ceilings, glossy walnut white oak and marble finishings, and a private key-turn elevator, this is one luxurious duplex. It’s also located in the same “paparazzi proof” building – a converted 19th century factory – that Harry Styles just bought in. Other star studded neighbours include Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, as well as Jennifer Lawrence, who reportedly rents out her unit for a pretty penny.

Situated on a 0.89-acre lot, and featuring a gated entry and beautiful, park-like grounds, it’s easy to fall in love with this property. Inside features classic touches like high vaulted ceilings, master suite with fireplace, and master bath with spa tub and steam shower. It appears the Collins clan is in a selling mood – sister Joan put her Hollywood condo on the market just last week.
Johnny Cash’s Lakeside Tennessee Property

FOR SALE: The storied lakeside property that was once home to Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash – and the site of many a legendary musical meetup – is now on the market, for slightly more than a song. The 4.5-acre lot includes direct lake access with dock, two-car garage, guardhouse and pool, as well as a one-bed, one-bath renovated cottage apartment that June used to use as a dressing room. The property does need a little TLC – remnants of the main house, which burnt down in 2007, still need to be cleared – and the seller is reportedly only considering offers from music lovers intent on preserving the property.
