Tiff Bell Lightbox Rendering

Located at the corner of King and John, Festival Tower, atop TIFF Bell Lightbox is now a Toronto landmark and has given the Toronto International Film Festival a gorgeous new building to call home. Hot on the heels of Festival Tower comes the Daniels Corporation’s second film-inspired condo tower, Cinema Tower. Merely steps away, at the corner of Adelaide and Widmer, it is surely to be another magnificent piece of architecture that is molding the Toronto skyline.

Cinema Tower Rendering

This 43-story tower is in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant and growing entertainment district, the new ‘it’ neighbourhood where the hip and fashionable come to see and be seen. Dynamic and exciting, this too can be your home – with theatre, shopping and the best restaurants all just steps away. Suites range in size from 421 square foot studios to 1500 square foot 3 bedroom and study and are named after some of film industry greats – Hitchcock, Scorsese, Coppola, Spielberg and Tarantino to name but a few. Pricing starts at the low 300,000 up to over 1,000,000. Suite features include 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, which include Irpinia kitchen cabinetry, quartz countertops and Miele kitchen appliances.

Amenities, which will be located on the sixth floor Club Cinematheque include: the Urban Terrace Lounge – a central gathering space with cozy outdoor seating – bbq’s, an alfresco kitchen and unsurpassable city views. The Party Room – a place to gather and celebrate in style – comes complete with a catering kitchen, bar and lounge. The Screening Room is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment and seating. As well, there will be a full court gymnasium and a fitness studio with all the bells and whistles including: a steam room and hot tub. But perhaps the cherry on top is the ‘interconnectivity package’, the unique connection to the TIFF Bell Lightbox, which comes with exclusive perks and privileges, including a 3-year membership to the TIFF Bell Lightbox, resident’s only screenings, the Director’s Series screenings and more.

Whether you buy to live, or buy for investment, this condo building is going to be a hit, a real thumbs up!

About the Contributor

Both are very much the same to Heather – it’s about listening to functional needs and understanding a person’s vision – and she brings those two key elements together to find the right solution. With a love for the unity of beauty and order within a space, Heather feels that our homes are the place in which this can be reflected and defined.

Coupled with a passionate and keen eye for style and design, Heather sees the potential in the reality and helps clients to really envision their dream space. Whether it is a starter property, an upgrade, an income property or one’s own private sanctuary, Heather works with her clients every step of the way to put them in the home that is right for them.
