On the hunt for the perfect condo and the elusive Pikachu? Check out Zoocasa’s handy guide to Toronto condos with Pokéstops, and you could catch em’ all – plus score the home of your dreams.

Poké-mania has officially swept the nation – and it’s no surprise that these digital monsters are proving a big draw for real-life buyers. The best Pokéstops tend to be in dense urban neighbourhoods with loads of cultural and iconic infrastructure, great walkability and accessibility – features that also appeal to Toronto real estate seekers.

Neighbourhood agents are also zeroing in on the demand for Drowzees and Jigglypuffs along with gym amenities and transit access. A few, like this Vancouver Island-based realtor, have used the app to drive foot traffic to open houses, while others drop references to rare Pokémon sightings in their listings – all to draw in avid players looking to dwell close to their neighbourhood  Pokéstop.

Want to live in a Pokémon-catching paradise? Say “I choose you!” to one of these Toronto-area condos that happen to be Pokémon hotspots (check out the full list below!).
