Zoocasa Ask PROS Question of the Week:

“Purchaser waves all conditions before environmental is to start and has financing, then does not close deal. What should I do now?”

Featured Answer:

If all conditions are waived then you need to speak to your lawyer. If all conditions except an environmental assessment are waived and the purchaser is refusing to close based on the findings of the assessment then again speak to your lawyer, but likely you will have to release the purchaser from the deal.
