The Most Expensive and Affordable Homes Sold this Month in the GTA

The month of May saw a dip in sales in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), but there was a spike of active listings at the end of the month. With the summer market in full swing, we have seen a mix of listings come to the market, including everything from luxury homes to beautiful condos; many of which have sold under asking.  Here are some of the most expensive and affordable homes that sold in June in Toronto and the GTA.

Five of the Most Expensive

1. 2380 Lakeshore Rd – $11,500,000

Property details:

  • 3 bed, 7 bath, 18 parking
  • This unique waterfront home is a one-of-a-kind sprawling one floor property with a fabulous lower level with walkout to a pool terrace and a separate in-law wing.

2. 100 Ardwold Gate – $8,500,000

Property details:

  • Detached
