According to the Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) most recent data, the benchmark price for a home in Ontario reached $927,100 in June 2023. A number of homes traded hands in July, from extravagant luxury properties to cozy condos, providing something for every buyer to find. With the summer market in full force, we found some of the most expensive and affordable homes sold in July 2023.
