July saw a further dip in sales in Toronto and the GTA, with prices also coming down as rising interest rates influence the housing market. With the summer market in full swing, a mix of listings come to the market, including everything from luxury homes to beautiful condos; many of which have sold under asking. Here are some of the most expensive and affordable homes that sold in August in Toronto and the GTA. 

5 of the most expensive:

  1. 50 Fifeshire Road – $9,680,000

Property details:
