Canada has no shortage of beautiful, luxury properties from coast to coast. However, month-over-month, we’re seeing fewer listings over the $2 million price point enter the market. Since inventory has been sparse, some of these higher-priced properties are selling for under asking. Below is a list of some of the beautiful luxury listings sold across Canada this year.
