There’s no denying the power of social media giant TikTok. Real estate agents can capitalize on its popularity as a surprisingly powerful tool to promote homes, interact with prospective customers, and develop their businesses.

Consider making short videos that provide virtual tours of the homes you have listed. These films can present the property’s exterior as well as its inside, emphasizing its main features and facilities in an eye-catching manner.

Agents can use TikTok to teach prospective buyers and sellers about many facets of the real estate business, such as recommendations for first-time homebuyers, market trends, or how to stage a home for sale.
