There’s no denying the power of social media giant TikTok. Real estate agents can capitalize on its popularity as a surprisingly powerful tool to promote homes, interact with prospective customers, and develop their businesses.

Property Tours

Consider making short videos that provide virtual tours of the homes you have listed. These films can present the property’s exterior as well as its inside, emphasizing its main features and facilities in an eye-catching manner.

Education and Information

Agents can use TikTok to teach prospective buyers and sellers about many facets of the real estate business, such as recommendations for first-time homebuyers, market trends, or how to stage a home for sale.

Behind-The-Scenes

Presenting the daily activities of a real estate agent or the behind-the-scenes process of getting a property ready for sale can humanize the industry and help the agent connect with their audience. Additionally, it can also give potential sellers an idea of what selling a house entails, especially if they’re first-time sellers.

Lead Generation

TikTok can be used to generate leads, directing viewers to agents’ websites, contact information, or scheduling for property viewings.

Engagement and Consistency

When agents consistently post high-quality content and engage with users via comments and messages, their following will grow and relationships with potential clients will build up over time. TikTok is a fantastic tool to find new clientele and showcase what you and your agency have to offer, as well as draw attention from your community (and beyond).
